Jessie is a Licensed Massage Therapist, movement specialist and is currently on maternity leave. She is grateful for the Prema Health team’s extraordinary practitioners and the healing space they create together. Jessie’s practice incorporates traditional Thai medicine, Swedish massage, myofascial release, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy. For her Therapeutic Massage sessions, clients are fully clothed and lay on a custom floor mat. 
 
Jessie values education, self-inquiry and access to healing for all bodies regardless of their race, age, gender and socioeconomic status.  Her 75-minute Therapeutic Massage is available on a sliding scale for all Black and Indeginous People Of Color. No one can truly heal until the suffering and oppression of others is recognized and repaired.
